Here at Life Pointe Church, we want to be as effective at using technology as possible, to make a lasting impact on our community. We want our technology to serve us well.
As we head towards the fall, we are ramping up how we operate in a lot of areas, especially in managing our volunteer schedules. This means that you will be logging into elvanto to see your
upcoming serving schedule. By logging in, you will be able to accept or decline schedules, as well as post your unavailability.
One of the easiest ways to manage your schedule is using the elvanto mobile app, which you can find on the App Store and on Google Play. Once inside the app, you’ll need to enter the Custom URL which is lpc.elvanto.net. Once you have logged in, you will immediately see your upcoming requests to serve at the top and take next steps.
One of the more valuable features of the elvanto app, is the ability to see the roster. Inside of the roster, you’ll be able to see who you’re serving with, what the service flow will be like, and view any applicable documentation.
Another great feature, is Unavailability where you can submit any dates you can not serve. Tap Roster, then tap the more button at the top right and you can submit your unavailable dates right there.
LPC volunteer crew, I hope and pray that as we continue to grow, we are able to scale our abilities to communicate and operate effectively. As we grow, leveraging technology will help us to stay focused and on mission to advance the Kingdom of God in South Florida.
